YUMMY yummy…Pittsburgh Catering Appetizers

Taking at look at some of the new delicious appetizer items on the JPC Event Group catering menus.  From Asian to French inspiration, and a vegan accent in between, CEO Jody Wimer and Executive Chef Rohn Sambol have developed a scrumptious array of one bites to temp any taste and palate.

Mushroom risotto cake with balsamic creme and micro green garnish

Wonton Cups two ways:  Chili lime shrimp and Beef bulgogi with kimchi

Gaufrette chip with seared tenderloin and horseradish mousse

Gaufrette chip with sundried tomato and chevre with basil pesto and basil chiffonade

Crab three ways:  Maryland style crabtini skewers on house remoulade, New potato stuffed with crab hoezel, and crab corn fritter atop herbed creme fraiche  

BLT gougere with avocado creme and mayo
