Rohn Sambol
Executive Chef
Rohn Sambol has been an integral part of the JPC Event Group success for the past 6 years. Growing up on a farm in the Beaver County area of Pittsburgh, Rohn amassed a love of the land and it’s harvest.
With an extensive background of culinary education in both classical French and modern cuisines, Rohn holds a trio of degrees from Le Cordon Bleu in pastry, culinary and hotel/restaurant management. Training throughout Europe and the US, Rohn honed his skills to create a vast knowledge of preparations with a love for Korean and Vietnamese cuisines in particular.
Serving in a catering capacity for over 20 years, Rohn brought a love of farm fresh cuisine, and a dedication to the earth with him that meshed well with the established paradigms the Wimer’s had already instilled as the focus of JPC’s mission.
Sambol has worked diligently to create a skilled and exemplary culinary team that JPC Event Group is very proud of.
