The Small Pairings Station hooks up the best in local gourmet fare with incredible cocktail, beer, and wine pairings.

Client favorites include our Sonora pork mini taco and grilled peach chutney with mini margarita, the onion marmalade beef slider with a local lager or brown ale, and spiced apple with prosciutto and watercress with a whiskey old fashioned shot.
