Remodel Chronicle: Progress Update

April 4, 2010

Who doesn’t love before and after photos of a long rewarding remodel?  A showcase to the dirty hard work you have invested.

Well at JPC we have plenty of hard work to be proud of, and more projects to come.

First up– the entry porch.

Before:

After:

We love our new stone work, metal roof, red doors and brushed nickle lighting…and even more…can’t wait for the landscaping and pergola painting to complete the project.  Sorry people of Harlansburg, but we don’t miss the red building exterior–  loving the gray and white.

Inside the building, the new hot kitchen is just about complete, and move in day for the equipment is taking place this weekend.  Here’s a quick peek of the fantastic tile floors, and sleak, clean white lines throughout.

The 4 convection ovens just had their move in day– They are SOOOOO heavy!  Kudos to Rick, Will and Roger for lifting those bad boys.

Looking forward to getting our kitchens back up and running to bring our patrons the most quality menus and scratch made foods as ever.  Also be on the watch for our new seasonal “FARM -TO -TABLE” catering menus– but we’re getting ahead of ourselves.  More on that later.

Happy Easter from JPC.
