Today is the day to celebrate one of the most perfect dip there is – guacamole! September 16th is National Guacamole Day and to celebrate we are sharing Food52’s tips about everything you wanted to know about everyone’s favorite fruit!

Our catering division at JPC Event group offers a variety of homemade dips that are all perfect for getting the party started.  The traditional guac made with avocado, cilantro, onions and lime juice has become a staple in Mexican cuisine and now chefs and restaurants are experimenting with different flavor combinations to create a variety of gourmet gussied-up versions.
