New York Bridal Fashion Week: JPC Talks 2016 Styles & Trends!

Here at Garnish Event Design, we have a {passion for fashion} and our hearts have been fluttering all week long over the whirlwind of couture wedding dresses, fabulous runways and beyond incredible designers that come along with the 2016 New York Bridal Fashion Week. Our Instagram feeds have been exploding with glitter, glam and so much more!

We are excited to share some our favorite trends and new styles to look out for: brace yourself for some intense swooning!

First and foremost, while they will always be popular, we love that bridal gowns are stepping away from the traditional sweetheart necklines, embroidery and full ball gown skirts and going in a daring new, yet fabulous direction. At this year’s Bridal Fashion Week, the runways were filled with high-low hemlines, illusion sleeves and mini dresses with long, luscious trains. This trend is certainly on the rise, and designers such as Vera Wang and Hayley Paige are taking notice and creating masterpieces.

Not only are the gowns more fabulous than ever, but so are the shoes! #NYBW has proved that this year’s bride can show off her unique style from head to toe. Style-savvy brides have just been introduced to a whole new world of bridal! From elegant glass to heavy floral prints—we love it all! Though it was hard to choose, this year, Jimmy Choo’s “Cinderella” Pumps stole our hearts! Who doesn’t want to feel like a real life princess?
