Greystone Gorgeousness

Greystone Fields is located off Route 8 in Gibsonia, and offers clients a pristine venue for ceremony as well as reception.  With numerous water features, elegant coblestone pathways, and a well maintained facility, their clients can rest assured that their guests will be relaxed, well cared for, and impressed.

Newlyweds Jonathan and Amanda Newcomer chose to marry in an outdoor ceremony at the facility on July 10, 2010, and had beautiful weather. 

After the ceremony, guests were served displayed and butlered appetizers throughout the grounds.  With tomato bruschetta and crostini, as well as an organic vegetable crudite display on the back patio, the gorgeous hillside views could be enjoyed.  Shrimp cocktail shots and quiche in phyllo were butlered by JPC event staff.

The pristine event space was cool and welcoming to the guests after cocktails.  Turquoise, ivory and silver colors melded with the pink florals to create a soothing and trendy decor component.  Custom printed menus were placed atop JPC‘s silver charger plates.

After a champagne toast poured by JPC event staff, an apple, cranberry mesculan salad was served with feta crumbles and pecans.  Dinner service commenced in a duo plate format of Piedmont chicken with baby artichokes, sundried tomato, and parmesan cheese, peppered beef sirloin with mushroom demi glace, rosemary roasted redskin potatoes, and a prince edward blend of vegetables.

A stunning wedding cake was created for the bridal couple by Jody featuring a pearlized basecoat, string work swags, and hand created gumpaste ranunculus.  The bridal monogram topper was ordered through JPC‘s cake topper service with full crystal embellishment.  The cake flavor profile was wedding white cake with the fresh strawberry and creme filling which was perfect for the summer day.

Toasts, dancing, a cookie display and all the wonderul amenities of a wedding were enjoyed throughout the evening.  Bartending services, as well as a full component of glassware and wine stems were also provided by JPC for the evening.
