Driving our fresh approach to food, the chefs of JPC Event Group, research and develop innovative and imaginative foods at the peak of their seasonality for our menus each year.  For Spring 2021, we wanted to refresh our various presentation styles after a long pandemic break.  Sit-down, BBQ, Family style and more were reimagined utilizing much of the items grown in our organic Farm at Willowbrook garden!
