Fiesta!
April 14, 2011
No somberos…but lots of great food in the office when Planner Allyson, and Executive Chef Richard prepared a tasting for an upcoming multi-cultural wedding. At JPC we love creating customized menus for our clients, and Anna and Thomas were looking for performance stations that would reflect their tastes and cultures at their Buhl Mansion reception this June. For Anna’s mexican themed small plates the culinary staff prepared a flight of foods from soup to dessert.
First up the Sopa De Lima {Mexican Chicken Lime Soup} packed with fresh ingredients and served in our porcelain espresso cups.
Next a seafood option of Sauteed shrimp with ancho peppers, cilantro and garlic over rice served small plate style in our square mini bowls.

We followed that with a delicious traditional cheese enchillada small plate on square china.

A delicious Chipotle Sweet Potato Salad was served packed with cranberries and pecans that our friends at Santa Barbara Catering in Arizona shared with us that is SOOOOO delicious {and on our corporate catering delivery menu}.
And then a sweet ending of strawberry empanadas with a dusting of fresh grated cinnamon and sugar. YUM!

SOOOOO much spicy yumminess from our culinary department for your Pittsburgh wedding catering and beyond! Contact a JPC event planner today to start your custom menu!
