Featured Wedding Fall in the Carriage House

Congratulations going out from the JPC staff to the new Mr. and Mrs. Justin Balousek who married October 10, 2009 at The Buhl Mansion.

Among the gorgeous details from their reception were the lovely Fall inspired florals provided by Green’s Floral.

The table linens of beautiful chocolate satin were accented by gold chiavari chairs with brocade pads. Golden charger plates with chocolate satin napkins held the couples favors. The round head table was featured with a golden “halo” design overlay with sparkling metallic threads.

Champagne and appetizers were butlered in the gardens following the ceremony accompanied by violin music and consisted of:

Bruschetta of fresh melon with honey cinnamon crostini rounds

Crabcake cosmos

Tomato basil parmesan soup shots with mini grilled cheese triangles.

Dinner was served duo-plate sit down style in the carriage house with a menu comprising:

Mesculan salad with dressing choices

fresh baked Pantry rolls and butter

Lemon sorbet pallate cleansing course

Chicken Scallopini with capers and tri-color pepper with lemon sage sauce

Balsamic grilled Petite Filet

Garlic mashed potatoes

Almondine green beans.

Lustred leaves garnished the chocolate fondant cake of Butter Pecan batter with Caramel and Pecan filling, and a Pantry baked cookie display rounded out

the sweets for the evening.
