Cinco de Mayo is the day that commemorates Mexico’s victory over the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. But for most of us, this festive day is an excuse to enjoy endless amounts of chips and guacamole. Why limit it to one day whe you could incorporate your favorite Cinco de Mayo food or drink into a fiesta any day of the year! You don’t need an excuse to have a taco Tuesday party, or any excuse, really, to serve your favorite south of the border foods.

For this event, we put together a seasonally appropriate selection of dips including our house made mango kiwi salsa, pineapple toasted coconut salsa and our fire roasted corn and sweet pepper salsa accompanied by fresh chips.
