Viva Las Vegas: It's Showtime.....

We. Love. Vegas.  But even more....this year, we. love. catersource!  We're preparing to head to sin city for the catersource Achievement in Catering Excellence Awards which will be given out during the opening ceremony of the Conference and Tradeshow.  Attendees for the past three years, we so appreciate the wonderful ideas, concepts and product information that we receive from the conference and tradeshow.  It rejuvenates our catering focus each Winter and enlivens our creativity as an event staff.

Stay tuned for a full report on the conference, new products, new food concepts and some new wedding related trends when we report back on our blog and through Jody's Weddingaces.com contributions.  Our office will be closed March 6th-13th due to our attendance, but we will be monitoring emails between sessions and activities so keep those email inquiries coming.
