Bridal Fair Inspiration {Covelli Centre}

We were pleased to participate in the Evaline's Bridal Show at The Covelli Centre in Youngstown yesterday (Sunday 1.3.2010). Thank you to all of the brides who visited with us and sampled our food.
For the show we created a chef attended Pasta action station featuring our three cheese tortellini alla vodka, our famous Alfredo Primavera, and an apple, cranberry stuffed chicken with cranberry orange reduction.
Bridal Fairs are a great way for newly engaged brides to meet quality vendors, view fabulous trends in wedding attire, and get reception inspiration.

This is long overdue, but a much needed Thank You for the amazing food and service of our July 24 wedding @ the Fieldstone. Guests raved about the {apple cranberry} stuffed chicken and the cake was beyond perfect! The wildflowers that were placed on the cake looked fabulous and the taste of it makes us look forward to our 1 year anniversary cake even more! We just wanted to thank you for helping make our [wedding] day special... It was a real treat to be greeted by the warm cider and cookies, although we lucked out with an 80 degree October day! The appetizers you suggested were perfect and everyone loved them, in particular the artisan cheese display and butternut squash soup shots. We were happy we went with the sliders as well. The guys loved them! Salad and first course were fantastic! One of our guests said we could have just fed him with the butternut squash ravioli because that was probably the best thing he has ever tasted!... Oh, and before I forget our "sweet ending" was a big hit. Our guests were surprised and they loved it! All in all, thank you for helping us select a great menu...We would definitely recommend you! You did a wonderful job.

Bridal functions are very popular and full of fun respectively. Photos are very nice and i am enjoying. show seems to be cool. Due to these type of functions we are familiar with the most current fashions too.
